2.6 Miles Plus 1 Day Rest
Yesterday I ran a short 2.6 miles, and I started to feel sore in my shins, so I cut my run short. Today then I rested up, figuring that yes I have been making progress, but I could probably use some rest. After this week I will only have 4 more weeks of pure speed training and I want to make sure that I get some of that in, and enter the full out marathon training full strength. So I am just going to take it easy. R.I.C.E
