Well I biked home from work again today, a decision I made because my knee felt better. It was still slightly achy, but much better then yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow I will try running again, but who knows.
Not much to update in a running blog when I have not done much running right?

you're doing the right thing by not running on an injury until it heals. When injured just think of it as a break. I wish you a speedy recovery.
